Q. Do I have to register to order products?

A. There is no registration required. Customers can simply add product(s) to the shopping cart and then order the products without having to register before ordering. During the process you can supply the delivery address then our website redirects you to the PayPal website where you can order the items securely using credit\debit card or PayPal

Q. How can I order the products?

A. Products can either be ordered online through the website using the online shop or you can contact us and we can send an invoice via email made out for the item(s) and offer various payment methods

Q. Can I collect or pickup the products?

A. Of course but the workshop is a manufacturing environment so currently collections are by appointment only so that we can ensure that there will be someone available when you visit. Please contact us in advance so this can be arranged

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We prefer credit\debit card from online shop orders as it is the quickest and most seamless method but we can also send you an email and invoice so that payment can be made by BACS, Cheque or another agreed payment method

Q. Do you deliver?

A. Delivery is included to anywhere in the UK mainland. Sometimes we deliver to customers ourselves if the delivery address is in or around the M25 area or in the South East. Generally the delivery is handled via APC Courier signed for service with tracking number and we contact each customer to arrange a convenient delivery day

Q. What is the lead time for delivery?

A. The lead time for delivery very much depends of the type of product and quantity ordered but generally speaking the lead time is around 10-14 days for products. If you need products(s) within a particular timescale please contact us prior so we can check stock levels and provide an ETA for the lead time

Q. Will they fit my roof?

A. Some products are better suited to a particular style or roof pitch than others. We have included some measurements and information regarding the angles that the products will work with. We are quite happy to assist if there are any doubts, most customers contact us or sometimes also send pictures front on of the roof so that we can help advise on the best fitting

Q. How are finials installed?

A. Finials are installed in exactly the same way as ridge tiles (Fitted in place using mortar). A selection of the finials also feature a metal strap that allows mechanical fixing with screws\nails in addition to the mortar fixing

Q. Will the finials blow off of the roof?

A. It is very unlikely provided the finials are fitted and installed securely with mortar and they are of the correct angle\fitting for the roof. Some of the finials feature a metal strap too for mechanical fitting in addition to mortar

What are the products made of?

A. The products are concrete based and made in accordance to British standards BS EN 490:2004 and BS EN 491:2004 specifications. They have been tested for freeze\thaw resistance in a laboratory simulating real world weather conditions and we hold a relevant current certificate. The standard appearance looks very similar to clay and our products tend to be more cost effective than buying clay finials

Q. Can the dragons or finials sit on top of an existing ridge tile?

A. In theory they could do provided they were securely fitted but we would recommend removing the existing ridge tile to give a neater finish
